Preselección de bachilleres opcionados para ser beneficiarios de ASINEIA y participación en la consecución de recursos

65 páginasRESUMEN: El presente trabajo se desarrollo dentro de la Asociación de Ingenieros de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia (ASINEIA), entidad sin ánimo de lucro que busca patrocinar el estudio universitario de personas sobresalientes académica y moralmente, cuyo único limitante para acceder a una educación superior sea el factor económico. Nuestra labor social buscó suplir 2 necesidades básicas dentro de la asociación. La primera tuvo que ver con el proceso de preselección del estudiante beneficiario de ASINEIA para el primer semestre del año 2003, la segunda estuvo enfocada a la recolección de fondos de la asociación. En cuanto a la preselección de estudiantes se realizó una selección de colegios y de bachilleres del valle de aburra para ASINEIA, Se entabló una comunicación con los diferentes rectores, de las instituciones preseleccionadas, y junto a ellos se escogieron los alumnos mas destacados de cada plantel educativo. Los cuales fueron citados a una reunión informativa en la EIA acerca de la asociación, complementariamente a esto, se le repartió a cada uno de los estudiantes un formulario que recopilaba información personal, familiar y general. Paralelamente a este proceso de preselección, brindamos un apoyo permanente a la asociación, en actividades tales como; la asamblea general, y la mesa de recolección. Esta ultima fue planeada, organizada y ejecutada por nuestro grupo de trabajo, así mismo la respectiva campaña de expectativa e información sobre la semana ASINEIA.ABSTRACT: This social work development around 2 fundamental tasks. First it had to do with the process of preselection of the student beneficiary for the first semester of year 2003, the second task was focused to the harvesting of bottoms of the association. As far as the preselection of students a selection of schools was made and of bachelors of the valley of it bores for ASINEIA, institution without profit spirit that it looks for to morally sponsor the university study of excellent people academically and, whose only limitante to accede to a superior education is the economic factor. A communication with the different directors settled, of the preselected institutions, and next to them the outstanding students but of each educative establishment chose themselves. Which were mentioned to a press conference in the EIA about the association, complementarily to this, a form was distributed to him to each one of the students that compiled personal information, familiar and general. Parallelly to this process of preselection, we offered a permanent support to the association, in activities such as; the general assembly, and the table of harvesting.
